Install &amp; Activate Plugin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong> : The plugin is install <strong>only on the Main Store<\/strong>. The Main Store controls synchronization. Sub-Stores do not need the plugin install.<br>All sync actions are controlled from : <strong>Main Store <strong><strong>\u2192 <\/strong><\/strong>Admin \u2192 WooCommerce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download and install <strong>MIPL Multistore Sync Pro<\/strong>. Add Sync Store<\/strong>s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. This method allows you to connect the sync-store by entering the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret generated from the sync-store.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Connect Stores Manually (Using API Keys)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Add Sync Stores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>WooCommerce \u2192 Sync Stores<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add Store<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Setup Manually (API Key)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the following details:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sub-Store URL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sub-Store Consumer Key<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sub-Store Consumer Secret<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Publish<\/strong> OR <strong>Update<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 :<\/strong> <strong>How to Generate Consumer Key &amp; Consumer Secret <\/strong> On the <strong>Sub-store<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>        The <strong>Consumer Key &amp; Consumer Secret are generated on the Sub-store<\/strong> (not on the main store).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your <strong>Sub-store WordPress Admin Panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Advanced \u2192 REST API<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add Key<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set : <strong>Permissions<\/strong>: Read\/Write<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Generate API Key<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the <strong>Consumer Key<\/strong> and <strong>Consumer Secret<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste them into the <strong>Add Store Manually<\/strong> form on the main Sync <strong>Store Compatibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before Syncing a Store \u2013 Check Compatibility. Order Synchronization from Main Store to Sub-Store<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Order synchronization is <strong>bidirectional<\/strong> \u2014 orders can be synced <strong>both from the main store to the substores and from the substores to the main store<\/strong>, based on the <strong>synchronization settings<\/strong> or through <strong>manual sync<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We have implemented a scheduler-based order synchronization process that automatically creates newly placed orders from the main store on the substores every 5 minutes. Additionally, a&nbsp;<strong>Sync Order<\/strong>&nbsp;button is available in the admin screen to instantly sync orders to the substores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Automated Sync Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system automatically runs a sync every 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only newly created orders are automatically synced to the sub-stores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A notification in the admin panel displays the number of pending orders that need to be synced.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Order Listing<\/strong>&nbsp;section on the main store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the notification to see the number of orders pending synchronization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cSync Now\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button to trigger an immediate sync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will retrieve all pending orders and update them on the substores instantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;<strong>Sync Order<\/strong>&nbsp;button is also available on the order edit screen.
